I’m very impressed on the quality of the stick. It comes with a long cable about 15 feet. I tried it last night and found myself learning how to play all over again I’m so used to the PS3 controller that I found myself trying to figure the button layout. Once I started getting warmed up I noticed how much easier and precise it was to pull the moves. Practice is the key! It will take time no doubt. This is the first fight stick i ever bought and dont regret it.

I use used to play Street Fighter back in the days in the arcades and stopped at Super Street Fighter II Turbo so its been a while since I played with a joystick. I never got into all the other street fighter games and put off gaming in general for years.When I got back into gaming,I got into the FPS genre and Medal of Honor then the Call of Duty series. So when I heard about Street Fighter IV with the new graphics but with that old school feel to it with the classic characters, I knew I had to jump on it to see if I still got it.I felt I suffered a little using the PS3 controller and now with Super Street Fighter IV coming out, I knew i had to get a joystick. So I didn’t hold back and went with the best.As I said its been a while since playing with a joystick so there will be some getting use to but I’m warming up fast and will be ready when the new game comes out.
The stick feels great! Its well built and looks nice too!It actually seems as if a chunk of an arcade machine was cut out and modified for home use.Love it!I will say though that the square gate throws me off a little so I’ll probably replace that with an octagon one.From what I understand its easy.If your a Street Fighter fan or have any of those classic arcade games downloaded on your PS3 like the Namco collection with Galaga and Pac-Man, you should definitely get this joystick!
